How Cannabis Delivery Works in New York State
Legal adult-use cannabis delivery in New York State is governed by the Marihuana Regulation and Taxation Act, commonly known as the MRTA. Only dispensaries holding a valid OCM license are permitted to deliver recreational cannabis to consumers. OC Dispensary operates under that license, which means every order you place is fully compliant with state law.
Legal Requirements Under the MRTA
The MRTA requires that cannabis be sold and delivered only by licensed retailers. Customers must be 21 or older, and age verification is mandatory at the point of delivery, not just at checkout. Purchasing from a licensed dispensary like OC Dispensary is the only legal way to receive cannabis at your door in New York.
What Happens When the Driver Arrives
When the driver reaches your address, they will ask to see your government-issued photo ID. They verify your age, confirm the order, and hand it over. The process takes a minute. Products are packaged discreetly, and the driver does not linger. Fast and discreet delivery is the standard, not the exception.
Do You Need a New York ID or Residency
New York residency is not required. Any valid government-issued photo ID showing your date of birth is accepted, including out-of-state driver’s licenses and passports. This matters for visitors to Brooklyn and for residents who have not yet updated their ID to a New York address.

Flower: Indica, Sativa, and Hybrid Strains

Whether you want something relaxing for the evening or a daytime hybrid, the menu lists strain details so you can make an informed choice. All flower sold through OC Dispensary is lab-tested.
Vapes, Cartridges, and All-in-One Options
Vape cartridges and all-in-one disposable vapes are available for delivery. These products are popular for their convenience and consistent dosing. The menu includes options across a range of formulations, so you can find something that fits your routine.
Pre-Rolls and Infused Pre-Rolls
Pre-rolls come in single and multi-pack formats, with both standard and infused options. Infused pre-rolls combine flower with concentrates or other cannabis extracts for higher potency. They are a strong choice if you want something ready to go without any preparation.
Edibles, Concentrates, RSO, and Accessories
Edibles such as gummies are available in various doses and formulations. Concentrates and RSO (Rick Simpson Oil) round out the menu for customers who prefer those formats. Accessories including rolling papers, grinders, and other essentials can be added to your order, making it easy to get everything in one delivery.
