Is There a Licensed Dispensary Near Sheepshead Bay?
OC Dispensary holds an active OCM license issued by the New York State Office of Cannabis Management, making it one of a small number of fully legal, licensed dispensaries operating in Brooklyn. Licensed dispensaries are the only legal way to purchase adult-use recreational cannabis in New York State.
Why Licensed Matters in New York State
The MRTA, the Marihuana Regulation and Taxation Act, created a regulated cannabis market with strict requirements around product testing, labeling, and retailer accountability. Unlicensed sellers are not bound by any of those rules. When you buy from a licensed Brooklyn dispensary, you know exactly what you are getting: tested potency levels, accurate labels, and no unknown additives.
What an OCM License Means for You
An OCM license is not a formality. It means OC Dispensary has passed state-level background checks, complies with packaging and lab-testing requirements, and operates under ongoing regulatory oversight. For Sheepshead Bay customers, that translates to confidence that every product in the bag is exactly what the label says it is.

How Cannabis Delivery to Sheepshead Bay Works
OC Dispensary delivers cannabis Brooklyn-wide, including Sheepshead Bay, seven days a week from 8AM to 2AM. The process is built to be simple and low-friction from first click to front door.
Placing Your Order Online
Go to ocdispensary.co and open the live menu. The menu updates in real time, so what you see is what is actually in stock. Add items to your cart, enter your Sheepshead Bay address, and choose delivery at checkout. You will receive a confirmation once your order is on its way.
ID Verification at the Door
A valid government-issued photo ID is required at delivery. The driver will check your ID before handing over the order. This is a state requirement, not an inconvenience; it is part of what makes the transaction legal and safe for everyone involved. No ID, no delivery.
Delivery Hours and Free Delivery Threshold
Delivery runs daily from 8AM to 2AM. Orders over $60 qualify for free delivery. If your order falls below that threshold, a small delivery fee applies. Splitting a larger order with a household member to hit the free delivery minimum is a straightforward way to save.
